When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash
• AU Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer to our Australian account
• Apple Pay: For iOS users

We do NOT accept credit cards or debit cards.

4.4 Payment Security

4.5 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@au-steroidshop.com to request cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We ship to all Australian states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.3 Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• FREE Shipping: 3-5 business days (orders over $400 AUD)

5.4 Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Your privacy is our priority.

5.5 Delivery Issues

If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue, including reshipping or refunding if necessary.

5.6 Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. Reshipping fees will apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Products damaged during shipping
• Wrong items received
• Defective or quality issues
• Missing items from order

To initiate a return:

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Orders placed more than 30 days ago

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned via your original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in AUD equivalent at the time of refund.
