Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates across Australia:

• Orders over $400 AUD: FREE Express Shipping
• Orders under $400 AUD: $15 AUD Standard Shipping
• Express Shipping: $25 AUD (2-3 business days)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Remote Areas: May take 7-10 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through Australia Post or our courier service.

Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. The sender name will be generic, and there will be no reference to steroids or our company name on the exterior packaging.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. PO Box addresses are accepted. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned via your original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the equivalent AUD value at the time of refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Orders placed more than 30 days ago

Replacement Option
